We have a strong belief in protecting the environment and the health of our workers and customers, this keeps us conscious of what products we use. Wherever possible, our cleaning products are chemical free. Scrubbing Good Cleaners provides you and your company with background-checked cleaning staff, whom are reliable, hardworking and very professional. We care as much as you do about keeping your facility clean and presentable. We are insured and have a very good safety record.

Will the same professional cleaner be cleaning my commercial facility each visit?
We do endeavour to have the same person(s) cleaning your facility each visit. There are times, however, when a particular cleaner is not available for whatever reason, but you can be reassured that the cleaner that visits you will be trained to our very standards and will be using the same equipment and products that are always used on your commercial clean.
 
How do I communicate with Scrubbing Good Cleaners?
We communicate with clients via phone, email or text, whichever you prefer.
 
Do you use franchisees or subcontractors for your commercial cleaning?
No, Scrubbing Good Cleaners uses only staff whom we employ ourselves.
 
What is the size limit for Scrubbing Good Cleaners cleaning services?
Scrubbing Good Cleaners is equipped to take on any commercial clean, from small to large sized commercial cleaning projects.
 
Do supply toilet paper, soap, and other consumables?
Yes, we can. We do find, however, that most customers prefer to supply such consumables, and we communicate with them when these supplies are getting low and need to be re-ordered.
 
How can I feel safe with the people you send to my building?
All members of Scrubbing Good Cleaners will have gone through rigorous screening before being hired to work on any job. Each member goes through a background check and undergo regular training toolbox meetings. We communicate multiple times a day with all staff and check with both staff and customers to ensure they are happy with the cleaning arrangements.
 
All our staff members wear a labelled uniform and therefore should be easy to identify. Having identifiable cleaning staff is a crucial step for our customers to feel comfortable with us being onsite, whether they’re onsite working at the same time, or afterhours.

What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer full residential cleans; spring cleans; regular weekly/fortnightly/monthly cleans; one-off cleans; moving out – moving in or end of tenancy cleans; builders cleans; commercial office cleans; specific room cleans. Details of which can be found on our Services page.
 
How do I make a cleaning appointment?
Simply fill in the form on our Contact Page and click send. We will get in touch with you. You can also call either Lis McConnell (Director) 027-811-3805 or Juls Taylor (Director) 0274-300-301 to book your cleaning service.
 
What's the next step after I book?
You will receive a confirmation email that outlines the services you booked and the appointment time. Please review this email to verify all the information is correct.
 
Are you a pet friendly service and do your cleaning teams use non-toxic or organic products?
We love animals as much as you do! Our teams are familiar with the proper treatment of dogs, cats and other pets. We have a strong belief in protecting the environment and the health of our workers, our customers, and their pets. This keeps us conscious of what products we use. Wherever possible, our cleaning products are chemical free. Please advise us if you have any special notes regarding your pets, to assist us with working around them.
 
Do I need a Deep Clean?
We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers, or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months. You can find more information about our Deep Clean on our Services page.
 
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not. It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your house clean. If you prefer to not be onsite while we clean, you can arrange a key or door code for us, and we'll take care of everything!
 
Do you offer a Guarantee?
We stand behind our service. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We must be provided at least 72 hours in the event we agree we should come back.
 
Has Scrubbing Good Cleaners got insurance?
Yes, we do. To obtain proof of insurance, you can email us at scrubbinggoodcleaners@gmail.com and we'll send you our current documentation.
 
How many hours is a typical cleaning service?
There is no set amount of time - it all depends on the current condition of your home. We are happy to chat over the phone to get a good idea of the size of your home and the cleaning required. Alternatively, we can come out to do an onsite quotation with you, to give you peace of mind about the cleaning service and the costs involved.
 
Do you offer hourly service?
In some instances it may make sense to do an hourly cleaning service. We have a minimum of 2 hours when booking hourly services for a residential clean.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $70 fee. If you cancel with the cleaner there, or we are locked out, the full price will be charged.
 
How many people perform my cleaning?
This varies and is dependent on the size of your home and the cleaning requirements. We have individuals cleaning, as well as 2 person cleaning teams, and larger cleaning teams, depending on what the job entails.
 
What if I accidently lock you out but still need my house clean?
We urge all customers to ensure a definite means of home entry, to eliminate additional fees. If our cleaning team is unable to enter your home upon arrival we charge a $70 lock-out fee. Remember, your cleaner(s) are exclusively reserved for your house clean on that day. We cannot guarantee to return the same day if we have been locked out, as we have other cleaning customers and areas our cleaning teams need to continue to.
 
What if I forget to disarm my security system?
Our cleaners are prohibited from remaining in a home when the alarm is triggered. You may consider assigning a code for our entry. This code may be kept on file for emergency purposes only if you prefer. Codes are not included in paperwork for your peace of mind.

We clean corners, we do not cut them.
